Annual Fall Festival
The Burning Bush Festival is first and foremost a Festival of the people, for the people, and by the people. http://www.burningbushfestival.org/

These fall festivals were done annually in ancient history by free nations as a crucial factor in maintaining that freedom. They were times to come together and to "Celebrate" renew old ties and make new friends.
A common theme was to build a network that would be based on "the perfect law of liberty". It was a time to organize the FEMA of its day, not based on the power of feudal lords but one based on voluntary cooperation of virtues souls who care about justice and righteousness, a Living Network based upon a Faith Emergency Management Auxiliary.
- "And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that [are] within thy gates." Deuteronomy 16:14
The Fall Festivals have always been festive events where people come for fellowship and a good time. They have a practical purpose in society to bring people and ideas and relationships together. The spirit that brings the people together determines the spirit and outcome of the festival as an event.
I wrote concerning a modern phenomena named after a model in ancient history called the Burning Man festival. It may not surprise you that this annual festival can draw 50,000 people to a dry barren white alkali flat in a remote area of northern Nevada. Those who come are willing to pay 400 dollars a ticket and are offered nothing to eat nor any place to sleep or even sit down yet they come....
The other day I heard that at the Burning Man festival they broke the Guinness book of world records for the most people naked in a single photo ever...
Because of this outrageous behavior and antics the Burning Man Festival gets all the press and the big crowds.
I recently attended a fall Tabernacle meeting in Cave Junction Oregon and I noticed the stark contrast of the wholesome young people, their moral demeanor and friendly outgoing kindness and I am amazed at the vast divisions growing in America today.
That contrast needs to become more evident so that young and old people can see their is an alternative that can bear good fruit.
You would think that we ought to be able to get at least 500 people if not 2,500.... to come to the clean air, mountain and forest lined high desert valley, with streams and artesian water flowing through natural meadows. Include that it is based on a donation only and people would want to flock to us....
Drawing the People
If you build it they will come. That is what we always hear and of course our motto is If you help us build it you will be there already. Being a doer of service to others out of love is what the kingdom of God is all about.

There is enough space to set up different sections, events,.
Even if you do not make it there any help you offer now will help us get things going.
We will get a better idea as we get commitments. If any talented people will volunteer to aid us in the festival part we can promote their presence as an attraction. I think all the people from the 9/12 Project[1] should be invited, home schoolers, cottage industries people. We should have booths for learning, demonstrations on every type of skill... We need to find out what we can offer and then advertise it on radio to all the states around us and the network

What to bring
There will be ample camping and parking places.
It can be chilly at night in the high deserts and mountains. We are at 4000+ feet. The days are warm.
Everyone should bring as much food as they will need and wish to share.
Everyone should provide their own shelter.
About the area.[2]
There is a near by trailer park[3] for those needing hook ups.
The Summer Lake Lodge[4] is the only nearby motel, about 6 miles away. There are cabins and a restaurant at the lodge and information about cabins and houses for rent.
The Summer Lake store[5] and gas station is one mile north of the lodge on Highway 31.
